RETURNS/EXCHANGES

A 30-day return policy is available for all full-priced products.
We advise your order number and reason/request are outlined so we can process your order as soon as possible.

Only FULL-PRICED items can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

Email us at ( presenceaus@gmail.com ) where further information will be provided to you on how to complete this.

All orders purchased utilizing a coupon code are final - therefore exchanges or returns will not be accepted.

-Kindly retain a duplicate of your shipment receipt as proof when returning items to our Presence Facility

-All items marked as sale are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Bundles that have been posted will also be determined sale items. Orders using a discount/coupon code are also considered final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Refunds or partial refunds cannot be issued for items purchased at full price before a sale event, even if the item is later discounted

-We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind or change of size returns.

 

TERMS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS

-In order for your products to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria.

-All products must arrive in original, unworn, unwashed, and resalable condition including tags and packaging. 
The product must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, and washing powder.  must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair. If products do not meet the exchange and refund policy conditions outlined, we will not be able to process your return.

-Please ensure your return is packaged properly to avoid any damages before it reaches our facility.
