SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders will be processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am - 4:30pm AEST & Saturday 9am - 11:30am AEST.

Orders are usually processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.

Depending on online promotions and sales running, it can take 1-2 business days for orders to be shipped. Standard and express shipping is both offered - All domestic orders will be handled by Australia Post. 

  • AU Standard Shipping for orders over $140  = Free  ( 2-8 Business days)
  • AU Standard Shipping for orders under $140 = $8  ( 2-8 Business days)
  • AU Express Shipping = $20 ( 1-3 Business Days )

DELIVERY TIMES WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

  • Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post - The specified times do not factor in the processing time for orders.
  • Considering the destination of the package, metro orders will be delivered quicker than rural address - cost of shipping will determined at checkout before completing your purchase. 

ORDER TRACKING

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent out to you, once order has been dispatched - Email will contain a tracking code to check on your deliveries status.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Standard international shipping is offered to selected countries. Shipping cost can be determined before completing your purchase.
  • International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.
  • import duties, fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, these costs must be paid by you to access your package. 

PLEASE NOTE

  • PRESENCE are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.
  • Packages may need to be signed for release during delivery
  • If the delivery address is unattended or courier service cannot access your property, your package will be sent to your local post office.
